Chemotherapy is prescribed by the best chemotherapists of the N.N. Blokhin MMRCO according to the approved clinical and paraclinical protocols and administered by the oncologists of our hospital. The main criteria of administration of the chemotherapeutical lines are provided by the up-to-date international protocols. When necessary, the protocol recommended by other doctors is revised by one of the experts of the N.N. Blokhin MMRCO. The chemotherapy follows the Russian Federation standards of the medical assistance to the oncological patients that coincide with the international standards and rely on the histological and immunochemical tests of the tumor material. If the morphological verification of the tumor is not possible, the chemotherapy cannot be administered. It is necessary to provide clinical and biochemical blood tests before the chemotherapy. The tests should be done no later than three days ago, if necessary the tests can be done in our hospital. After the chemotherapy the patient must stay in the hospital to be followed up by the oncologists and intensive care doctors to avoid any complications.
