Admission to the hospital Neurovita

The patients are admitted to the hospital according to the schedule upon the agreement with the Contract Department by phone or by e-mail.
The patients send their medical records that describe their previous in-patient and out-patient examinations and treatments by regular mail or e-mail.
The medical records must be in Russian or in English. Medical records include written consultations of the specialists, medical notes about out-patient treatment, results of the laboratory tests, discharge summaries, case history overviews, results of imaging tests (CT, MRI, PET/CT, fMRI and other), results of genetic, molecular-biological and/or neurophysiological tests presented at any storage media (memory sticks, CDs and other).
Our specialists study the medical records of every patient and decide on the feasibility of admission to our hospital, benefits from the technologies of regenerative medicine and potential risks of complications.
Within the next five working days the Clinic provides the program of the diagnostics and therapy either in Russian or English and calculates the cost of it. Then the date of admission to the hospital is agreed with the patients and/or their representatives.
When the date of the hospitalization is agreed on, the Clinic provides the set of the documents to arrange the visa of the Russian Federation. When the patient or their representatives acquire tickets to Moscow they notify the Clinic, send the copies of the tickets, and, if necessary, the Clinic arranges their meeting in the airport.
The patients and their representatives are met at the airport by the representatives of the Clinic and transported to the hospital. The patient should provide the passport to confirm their identity. The Clinic arranges migration registration and deregistration to the patients and accompanying persons. The patient’s accompanying person can stay with the patient in a one bed ward.
